Move, breathe, and rest into stillness as we discover the peace that unfolds through presence and awareness.
In this class you will:
• Build strength and flexibility
• Cultivate breath awareness
• Deepen meditation practice

Let Friday evening be a time of resting in the goodness of meditation and practicing ways to see stress and let it go, to deeply know the realities of life in a way that is liberating and joyful, and to cultivate a heart of loving-kindness and stability. In this process we see our own mind and heart honestly. Then we are able to let go of what is not helpful and develop what is skillful and supportive. These practices are based in the Buddha’s teachings.

Qi Gong is an ancient embodied practice that joins gentle rhythmic movement, focused breathing and immersive stillness to unwind layers of tension in your body and mind so your spirit can express. An acupuncturist and herbalist Martha was introduced to qi gong when she started studying Chinese Medicine in 2003. The practice has helped her stay rooted and grounded through all of life’s many changes. Her practice focuses on Dao yin and qi gong shi ba shi. Her teaching style focuses on breath and body awareness.

This free class invites you to trust yourself on your own unique path of connective discovery as we dance with the koan-like question: "What is contact improvisation?" Building on the history & possibility of this question not having any universally fixed answer, gently insightful care will be provided to support you in relating to & perhaps untangling from whatever obstacles you might encounter as you explore contact with yourself, the floor, other objects, other humans, other energies, etc. Partnering from a foundation of complete and total acceptance & embodiment of your evolving personal truth will be encouraged. Safety guidelines grounded in awareness will be emphasized as needed. Touch is always optional. Whether you consider yourself "new to CI" (with perhaps memories of what it was like to be a child exploring space with your body...), have been deeply devoted to CI for as many lifetimes as you can remember, and/or anywhere in between, this class will give you a chance to let your inner teacher/learner nourish & blossom.

Join Noam in an open space for independent (and interdependent ) expression and exploration. At any moment participants free to move or be still, alone or in connection with others. The simple intention of allowing connection healing, and fun can go a long way. No plan or anything sonically recorded needs to preexist. The combined beyond words Intelligence of whatever occurs spontaneously in the space can be the music we can move to.

Welcome to the Oly Reiki Share!
Experience the benefits of Reiki for yourself. Attendees will have the opportunity to receive Reiki from multiple practitioners simultaneously. The benefits of Reiki tend to multiply by the number of practitioners focusing the energy. The benefits can become exponential. Reiki tends to have a cumulative effect. Meaning, the more you engage with Reiki, the greater the (potential) outcome.
Every Oly Reiki Share begins with a brief (5-15 minute) grounding meditation and energy clearing. Then, we divide into small groups. Attendees will lie fully clothed on a massage table and receive a 20-minute Reiki session from their practitioner team. After all attendees have received Reiki, practitioners will also take turns receiving.
We strive to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Whether you’re Reiki-curious or have a breadth of experience, the Oly Reiki Share is for you.
Let’s come together, in community, to help raise the vibration of All That Is.
Members and practitioners can attend for FREE!
